Mark & Danielle McCraney

Mark and Danielle McCraney are presently residing in Fayette, Alabama while they raise the necessary funds to join the Truth staff in Castle Rock, Colorado. Mark and Danielle claim Alabama as their home state, but both were blessed with the opportunity to live in several states while growing up.

Mark received his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy, and spent more than seven years on active duty as an Air Force officer including service in Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan. He is pursuing a Master of Arts in Religion with emphasis in Discipleship Ministries from Liberty University in Virginia, and expects to complete the degree in 2011.

Danielle, a gifted pianist and vocalist, is the daughter and granddaughter of Free Will Baptist pastors and earned a BA in Business Administration from Free Will Baptist Bible College. Together, they have been in full time ministry for more than 8 years in pastorates at Fayette and Red Bay, Alabama.

Mark has also served on several boards at the local and state level in Alabama, as the moderator of the Jasper (AL) association, and as chairman of the Nominating Committee for the National Association of Free Will Baptist for 2009-2010.

They have two children:
Ethan (8), and Lucas (4), both of whom enjoy baseball, camping, traveling, the outdoors and generally being boys!

Though the Burkes arrived well in advance, and began the initial work towards planting the church, Mark and Danielle hope to join them in the early summer of 2011. This date is, of course, pending their itinerate travels.
